Dit is een actieve participatieve trade missie, doel van de reis is om kennis te maken en samenwerking te verkennen met het Israëlische VC/startup/accelerator ecosysteem/ industrie en het ontwikkelen en versterken van de relaties tussen corporate venture en startup/accelerator/investeerdersecosystemen in Nederland en Israël.
Tijdens het programma bezoeken we corporate innovation programma’s, investeerders, accelerators, incubators en ontmoeten we een stevig aantal tech ondernemingen (startups and scale ups) in zowel Tel Aviv en Jeruzalem. Het programma wordt georganiseerd vanuit de interesses van de leden van het Corporate Venture Netwerk.
Kosten
Het programma kost €1.875 voor CVN leden en €2.500 voor niet CVN leden.
Indien je voor een missievoucher in aanmerking komt – vallend onder de MKB regeling – wordt 50% vergoed vanuit de RVO. Informeer bij PerspeXo naar de mogelijkheden voor deze voucher.
Dit is inclusief 4-daags programma in Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, lunch en diner. De programmabijdrage is exclusief hotelkosten (rond de €550 euro en wordt via de reis collectief georganiseerd) en individueel te betalen bij het hotel. De vlucht dient zelf te worden geboekt en betaald. Een retour Amsterdam-Tel Aviv kost ongeveer € 250 bij vroeg boeken

Deze 3-daagse avondcursus van TheNextWomen helpt je op weg als informele investeerder.
De cursus is gevuld met top-experts en investeerders uit het veld: Sacha Engels, Annegien Blokpoel en Yasemin Tumer.
Samen bouwen we aan een inclusiever zakelijk ecosysteem.
Waarom? Omdat vrouwen momenteel slechts 5% van het beleggerslandschap uitmaken.
En dat betekent dat we meer vrouwen nodig hebben als investeerders.
Want als vrouwen de fondsen beheren, ontvangen vrouwen investeringen.
The second session of the fundraising track will be with Annegien Blokpoel, an impact angel investor.
In this session, you will learn how to evaluate what is the right investor and capital for you and what criteria you could use when evaluating potential investors (e.g. decision-making speed, ticket size, value package besides money, etc.).
About the speaker
Annegien is former Director Investor Relations and Corporate Communications, 20 years strategy & management advisor.
In the last 4 years she has become specialized in venture building, fundraising and coaching of startups as a hands-on business angel. She holds advisory board positions in a number of international tech startups.
On January 14th Corporate Venturing Network organizes a virtual Field trip Israel for its members. PerspeXo organized this event for CVN and Annegien Blokpoel is moderator of the panel discussion.
The opening speech will be given by Naor Gilon, Israeli Ambassador to the Netherlands.

Israel is recognized as the “start-up nation” and is moving into “the scale up nation”. Today there are more than 500 international Corporate R&D/innovation centres in Israel. Each year the country produces around 1.000 top-notch high-tech start-ups and in 2019 a record of 8,3 billion USD was invested in start-ups and companies in the scale up phase. Key to success have been amongst others the successful implementation of support programs and creating an innovation ecosystem attracting global investors and corporate venture and their networks to Israel.

Eindhoven, the home of Philips, is a world-class innovative region. The so-called “Brainport” is becoming famous for developing novel hardware, and one of Eindhoven’s most well-known projects is the Lightyear One, an electric car that charges itself in the sun.
Study Visit participants will benefit from a trip to HealthWorks, a breakthrough healthtech accelerator powered by Philipps. They’ll learn about best practices in business angel syndication and cross border cooperation from a Dutch perspective and benefit from in-depth analyses on health investing and crowdfunding.
After checking out the Netherlands, the Study Visit participants will cross the border to the Ruhr region of Germany on 13 September. There, they’ll have the chance to experience the UNESCO World Heritage Site Zeche Zollverein at Essen and learn about how the area has transitioned from a coal mining hub to a digital hotspot. We’ll travel to the Ruhr Hub, a world-class accelerator for digital start-ups, and discuss how Germany rewards Europe’s business angels. There’ll also be a guided tour at the Impact Hub, an innovative accelerator designed to support social entrepreneurs.

De noodzaak voor diversiteit krijgt veel aandacht in de Nederlandse startup scene. The Next Women brak de lans 5 jaar geleden. Janneke Niessen en Eva de Mol publiceerden in 2018 een rapport naar aanleiding van hun onderzoek dat slechts 1.6% van VC funding naar door vrouwen geleide startups gaat. Vorige week is het Fundright manifest gelanceerd met een vrijwillige quota onder Nederlandse VC’s om over drie jaar 35% van VC funding aan diverse startup team te alloceren.
