KIT Intercultural Management&Communication is an independent organization providing business and culture training  to expats in preparation of overseas assignment to 60 different countries. The Country Oriented Intercultural Business Programme is a programme aimed at employees who are about to embark on an overseas posting. It helps them to prepare for their assignment abroad and enables them to meet business challenges in an international context.

Caroline Straathof is lecturer and moderator. She worked and lived for more than 15 years in China and has ample experience in financial PR and Investor Relations. She still visits China on a regular basis and works for a number of Chinese (Nasdaq) listed companies.
