KIT Intercultural Management&Communication is an independent organization providing business and culture training to expats in preparation of overseas assignment to 60 different countries. The Country Oriented Intercultural Business Program is a program aimed at employees who are about to embark on an overseas posting. It helps them to prepare for their assignment abroad and enables them to meet business challenges in an international context.
